Rebecca Avison, MPH, is a seasoned professional in global health security and biodefense, currently serving as a subject matter expert at Noblis ESI since September 2021. In this role, Rebecca focuses on strategies, plans, and policies related to biodefense and international engagements, while also supporting the National Biosurveillance Integration Center. Prior experience includes serving as the Interagency and Strategic Engagements Coordinator at Booz Allen Hamilton from 2015 to 2021, where Rebecca collaborated with various defense agencies.
