Teresita Ochoa

Teresita Ochoa is an accomplished HR professional with a strong background in human resources and talent management. Currently serving as HRBP & Talent at nocnoc since May 2024, Teresita previously held the position of People & Culture Generalist at Strike, where leadership of the HR department and planning of OKRs were key responsibilities. At Cervecería y Maltería Quilmes, Teresita functioned as the HRBP for Supply, focusing on logistics in the Planta Sur.
