Gilton Cavallini

Gilton Cavallini is a professional with extensive experience in data analysis and civil engineering. Currently serving as an Analista de Dados de Qualidade at Noesis since December 2024, Gilton previously held the position of Analista de TI at iLAB for nearly three years. Alongside these roles, Gilton has been involved in leadership as a Diretor at Melo & Cavallini Assessoria from September 2018 to December 2023 and worked as an Engenheiro Civil at Incorporadora Nova Forma for a brief period in 2017. Earlier career stages included internships in civil engineering, focusing on both structural calculations and project development across various firms, such as Sbrasil Engenharia LTDA and Brasgips Group. Gilton holds an MBA in Data Science from Instituto Infnet, a post-graduation in construction project management from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, and a degree in Civil Engineering from UNISUAM.
