Jedrzej Stanczak

Jedrzej Stanczak is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry with extensive experience in standardization and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Senior Standardization Specialist for 5G and a 3GPP Radio Standardization Specialist at Nokia since April 2015, Jedrzej actively participates as a Standardization Delegate for the 3GPP RAN Working Group 2 (RAN2) and is involved in significant research initiatives. Prior to this role, Jedrzej worked as a Teaching Associate at Poznan University of Technology, facilitating classes in Computational Algorithms, wireless systems evolution, and Information Theory from April 2014 to June 2018. Additional experience includes roles as an R&D Engineer at IS-Wireless and various positions at NSN - Nokia Solutions and Networks, where Jedrzej contributed to mobile network audits, technical training, software testing, and customer support. Jedrzej holds a Master's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Poznan University of Technology and also participated in the Socrates Erasmus Exchange program at the University of Bath.
