Mano Kulasingam

Mano Kulasingam is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the technology and venture capital sectors. Currently serving as the Founder and Managing Partner at Flair Ventures since May 2022, Kulasingam focuses on supporting exceptional immigrant founders at their early stages. Additionally, as an Associate at Creative Destruction Lab, mentorship is provided to startups in the AI and Web3 sectors. Previous roles include Venture Partner at Good News Ventures, Coach at District 3 Innovation, and Entrepreneur In Residence at The DMZ. Kulasingam has held significant leadership positions, notably as SVP of Products at Accedo.tv and Co-founder/CEO of Digiflare, which merged with Accedo. Kulasingam's educational background includes a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Ottawa.
