Craig Schwartz

Craig Schwartz serves as the General Counsel and Head of Information Security at Nominal since November 2024, leading a software development team backed by notable investors. Previously, Craig acted as Startup Advisor for various early-stage companies, including Cynalytica and Skyline Nav AI. At Covariant, from July 2023 to November 2024, Craig built and managed the Legal and Information Security teams and was integral to the company's acquisition by Amazon. Craig's earlier tenure at Palantir Technologies included roles as Lead Counsel for the US Government Business, where significant contributions were made to team development and commercial strategies, and as Commercial Counsel during Palantir's public offering. Craig's legal career includes significant experience at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP and Baker Botts, focusing on government contracts, regulatory matters, and internal investigations. Craig holds a JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a BA in Political Science and Economics from Haverford College.
