Arjel Trajani

Arjel Trajani is an experienced professional in talent acquisition, human resources management, and fundraising with a diverse background in both non-profit and corporate sectors. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Nordcloud, an IBM Company, since February 2022, Arjel leverages expertise in cloud services to enhance organizational capabilities. Previously, Arjel held key roles at Bring Hope Humanitarian Foundation, including Human Resources Manager and Senior Fundraising Advisor, where responsibilities involved recruitment and coordinating the fundraising process. Additionally, Arjel was the Executive Director of the National Association Education for Life SHKEJ and served as an Educational Psychologist, providing support and counseling in educational settings. Arjel's academic credentials include a Master's degree in International Migration and Ethnic Relations from Malmö University, an MBA from IPAG Business School, and an integrated diploma in Psychology from the University of Tirana.
