Steve Norcisa

Steve Norcisa is an experienced Electrical Designer with a strong background in creating electrical schematics for various industrial applications. Currently working at Nordco since June 2021, Steve has utilized software such as Promis-e and Bentley MicroStation to design prototypes of large railway equipment. Previous roles include positions at WEM Automation, LLC, and multiple tenures at Nordco, where similar responsibilities were held. Early career highlights include significant contributions to the designing of electric shovels and drills at P&H Mining Equipment and developing robotics at Gilman Engineering. Steve's expertise encompasses all aspects of electrical design, from schematic generation to troubleshooting and maintaining inventory programs, supported by education from WCTC and Hamilton High School.
