Engineering and Operations

The Engineering and Operations team at Nordco is responsible for the design, development, and production of innovative products and services for the railroad industry. This team ensures the effective and efficient operation of manufacturing facilities, oversees continuous improvement processes, conducts rigorous testing and validation, and provides field operations and services to maintain and enhance the company's offerings. They are instrumental in aligning Nordco's engineering excellence with operational efficiency to deliver high-quality Maintenance-of-Way Equipment, Inspection Technologies, and other rail services.
