Brittany Sholes

Brittany Sholes is currently serving as the Chief Business Risk Officer at Nordea since October 2024. Previously, Brittany held the role of Team Lead for Trading Compliance at Flow Traders from July 2021 to October 2024, and worked as a Senior Private Investment Compliance Officer at APG Asset Management for a year. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Regulatory Risk and Compliance Officer for Corporates & Institutions at Danske Bank and as a Compliance Officer at Two Sigma. Brittany began their career as a Securities Compliance Examiner at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, following a position as a Licensed Banker at J.P. Morgan. Brittany holds a Master's degree in International Trade and Investment Policy from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Grand Valley State University, complemented by study abroad experiences in Chinese Language and Literature at National Taiwan Normal University and International Business at Universidad de Málaga.
