Erica Dieleman

Erica Dieleman, SPHR, serves as the Director of Human Resources for MEDICAL Interventional Solutions at Nordson MEDICAL, building on a progressive career within the Nordson Corporation that includes roles such as HR Business Partner and Regional HR Business Advisor. Previously, Erica held positions as an Employee and Labor Relations Specialist, Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Associate. Erica holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Management with a minor in Psychology, both from Baldwin Wallace University, where studies took place from 2009 to 2013 for the undergraduate degree and from 2011 to 2013 for the graduate degree.
