Kellie Sloan

Kellie Sloan is an experienced executive with a strong background in human resources and global development. Currently serving as Vice President at Nordstrom since February 2021, Kellie previously held various leadership roles at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation from April 2009 to December 2019, including Director of Family Planning and Chief of Staff for Global Development. Prior experience includes positions at Starbucks Coffee Company, where Kellie was Vice President of Human Resources, International, among other roles. Kellie holds a B.A. in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Central Florida and has studied at the University of Texas at Tyler.
