Bjoern Kiepe

Bjoern Kiepe is an experienced professional in the field of agronomy and digital farming, currently serving as the Head of Agri-Consulting and Shared Services at Nordzucker AG since April 2023. Bjoern's role focuses on supporting the transition towards sustainable and digitally enhanced sugar beet production through various field-related production activities. Prior to this position, Bjoern operated as a Solar Energy Entrepreneur & Freelancer with Kiepe Agknowledge, working on transitioning farms to energy farming and offering insights on remote sensing technologies. Bjoern's extensive background includes leadership roles in digital farming at BASF and Bayer Crop Science, along with product development at Monsanto Company.
