Alexander Lien

Alexander Lien is an experienced economist currently employed at Norfund, the Norwegian Investment Fund for developing countries, since August 2023. Prior to this role, Alexander worked at Vy as a Strategy and Business Developer, contributing to corporate strategy and business development for the largest transportation conglomerate in the Nordics from August 2021 to August 2023. Alexander also held positions at Capgemini Invent, where responsibilities included leading customer migration projects and evaluating post-merger integrations, as well as internships at the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Yangon and Expara Ventures. Education includes a double master's degree in Finance and International Business from Norwegian School of Economics and Ivey Business School, along with a BSc in Economics and Business Administration.
