Kajsa Alenmyr

Kajsa Alenmyr currently serves as the Head of Global Strategic Initiatives at Norrsken since September 2023. Previously, Kajsa held the position of Chief Strategy Officer at Gilion (formerly Ark Kapital) from August 2022 to September 2023 and served as Chief Of Staff and Director of Operations at Hedvig from August 2019 to August 2022. Kajsa's earlier experience includes roles at McKinsey & Company as an Associate and Junior Associate from August 2016 to August 2019, and a master's thesis project at Klarna focusing on agile project management in early 2016. Additionally, Kajsa co-founded the sustainable food company eat:em in 2015, worked as a summer intern at Schibsted Media Group, Carnegie Investment Bank, and SEB Wealth Management, and served as a private tutor with Allakando. Kajsa earned a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management with a focus on Business and Innovation Management from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, complemented by exchange studies in Business Administration at the University of Guelph in 2014.
