Ståle Norum Engen

Ståle Norum Engen is a legal professional with extensive experience in various institutions and legal roles. Currently serving as a Jurist at Norsk helsenett SF since February 2023, Ståle has also been a member of Utlendingsnemnda since January 2017, appointed by the King in Council. Additional roles include serving as a Member Elected Representative for Coop Øst, holding the position of Chairman at Mølletoppen Borettslag from May 2020 to March 2023, and working as a Legal Senior Advisor at Digitaliseringsdirektoratet until February 2023, focusing on public digital components. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Brønnøysundregistrene, various leadership roles in housing cooperatives, and work as a Research Fellow in Legal Informatics at the University of Oslo, complemented by a solid educational background in law from the University of Oslo and studies in Brussels.
