Bill Diers

Bill Diers, CMRP, CMRT, currently serves as the Maintenance Manager at Norsk Hydro since September 2018, after holding the same position at Safran from April 2015 to September 2018. Bill has a robust background in maintenance management, focusing on establishing long-term maintenance plans to enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and leading initiatives in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Lean Manufacturing. Prior to their roles as Maintenance Manager, Bill worked as a Maintenance Supervisor at Messier-Bugatti-Dowty from April 2001 to April 2015 and also held positions as a Maintenance Technician at both Messier-Bugatti-Dowty and L'Oréal. Bill's educational background includes two Associate's degrees in Industrial Electronics Technology from ITT Technical Institute.
