Damla Çeti̇n

Damla ÇETİN is a seasoned professional in people development and organizational psychology with extensive experience in various roles within human resources and consultancy. Currently serving as a Global People Consultant at Norsk Hydro since May 2024, Damla previously held the position of People Development Manager at ABAX AS, where responsibilities included designing onboarding experiences and creating training programs to enhance employee and leadership growth. Earlier roles included Process and Data Analyst and Management Trainee at ABAX AS, as well as internships in psychological counseling and human resources across several organizations. Damla holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School and dual bachelor's degrees in Psychological Counseling and Guidance from Boğaziçi University and Bahcesehir University.
