Javier Alberto

Javier Alberto is an experienced professional in production, maintenance, and continuous improvement, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently, Javier serves as the Production & Maintenance Manager at Norsk Hydro, where Javier has held multiple management roles since June 2016, including Extrusion & Die Shop Manager and Extrusion & Continuous Improvement Manager. Prior to this, Javier worked at Sapa as the EHS & Genesis Manager and at BIC Graphic USA as the Production Coordinator. Additionally, Javier has experience as a PLC Engineer at Alcoa and as a PLC Programming Analyst at ASM Dimatec. Javier holds a Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention from Universitat Rovira i Virgili and an Engineer's degree in Industrial Electronics from the same institution.
