Andy Lafrence

Andy LaFrence, CPA, serves as CFO and SVP Finance at Nortech Systems, Inc. since December 2023. LaFrence is also a member of the Board of Directors at University Enterprise Laboratories since April 2019 and a board member at American National Bank since June 2015, contributing to the Audit and Compliance Committee. Previously, LaFrence held the positions of President and CEO (effective February 2023) and CFO at Vyant Bio from March 2021 to November 2023, and was CFO and COO at StemoniX from August 2019 to March 2021. Additional experience includes serving as SVP and CFO at Biothera Pharmaceuticals from June 2011 to July 2019 and holding various finance leadership roles at Surmodics, Western Bank, Cardia Access, and CNS Therapeutics. LaFrence earned a BS in Accounting with a minor in Business Administration from Illinois State University (1981-1984).
