Jon Nash

Jon Nash is a board member at the North American Meat Institute. Jon was previously the President of Protein for Cargill, overseeing 28,000 employees across 40 protein facilities in the United States and Canada. Prior to that, they were the President of Foodservice for Cargill's protein business in the US and Canada, working closely with foodservice chains and distributors to strengthen relationships and drive sales.

Nash began their career at Cargill as an Accounting Manager and Integration Lead in 2002, before being promoted to Assistant Controller in 1998. In 2006 they were promoted again to Controller, and in 2009 they became General Manager. In 2015 they were promoted to Vice President of Operations, and in 2017 they became President of Protein - North America.

Jon Nash has a leading global business degree in organizational leadership from Harvard Business School Executive Education. Jon also has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Jon's undergraduate degree is in finance and general from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
