The Human Resources team at the North Carolina Department of Natural and Cultural Resources focuses on recruiting, retaining, and supporting the staff who drive the agency's mission. They manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with equal employment opportunity (EEO) standards, diversity and inclusion initiatives, as well as ADA compliance. This team also provides administrative support to streamline HR processes and foster a positive work environment for all employees.
