Susan Rabon

Susan Rabon is an accomplished legal and administrative professional with extensive leadership experience. Currently serving as Chair and Board Member at the NC State Ports Authority since December 2021, Susan also holds the position of Chair at the Bald Head Island Transportation Authority since December 2017. Additionally, Susan is the Vice President of Commonwealth Home Health Care, INC. since January 2016. From January 2009 to December 2015, Susan served as a Commissioner for the NC Utilities Commission, following a tenure as Senior Assistant for Administration in the NC Governor's Office from January 2001 to December 2008. Susan holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from North Carolina State University.
