Bailey Bushman currently serves as the Executive Director of the Center for Career & Professional Development and as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor of Career Readiness at North Central College since March 2022. Previously, Bailey held multiple roles at the University of Notre Dame, including Assistant Director of Undergraduate Career Services and Concurrent Faculty Instructor for the Moreau First Year Experience, where responsibilities included advising students, coordinating career-related events, and supporting initiatives for diverse student populations. Prior experience includes positions at the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, Bowling Green State University, and various internships. Bailey holds a Master of Arts in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies, along with Leadership Studies from St. Norbert College, complemented by a study abroad experience at John Cabot University.
