Heather Furger

Heather Furger is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and event management industry with extensive experience in sales and customer service. Currently serving as Sales Manager at NCG Hospitality since October 2019, Heather contributes to the Brookfield Conference Center's success by managing diverse event spaces. Previously, as Private Dining Director at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar from March 2011 to October 2019, Heather excelled in achieving revenue goals and delivering exceptional dining experiences. A background with Delaware North Companies included roles as Payroll Administrator, Luxury Suites Manager, and Catering Sales Manager, where Heather was instrumental in managing payroll for 1,300 associates and coordinating over 500 events per season. Heather also held a General Manager position at Miller Time Pub within the Hilton Milwaukee City Center and gained foundational experience as Assistant Suites Manager at UW-Madison, backed by a degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, and Food Service from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
