Jennie Climo Edu

Jennie Palermo, M.S. Edu, APTD, currently serves as Training Lead at North Highland since June 2023. Previously, Jennie held the position of Operations Manager at Learnexus from April 2022 to February 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing HR functions, client collections, and fostering learning and development initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Learning & Development Operations Manager at BerryDunn from February 2016 to April 2022, managing firm onboarding for over 700 employees and coordinating adult education programs. Earlier roles included Learning Designer and CPE and Training Coordinator. Jennie's career commenced at Camden National Bank as a Teller Coach. Jennie is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Fitchburg State University, building on a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education from the University of Maine at Farmington.
