Kylie Ray

Kylie Ray serves as a Principal at North Highland since April 2010, specializing in change strategy execution, stakeholder engagement, organizational design, and workforce and talent strategy. Previously, Kylie held the position of Programme Administrator at Wandsworth Borough Council from December 2009 to March 2010. Academic qualifications include a BA Hons in Combined Social Sciences from Durham University, a Master’s Degree in Organizational Behaviour from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London. Kylie also completed GCSEs and A Levels at Tanglin Trust School in Singapore.
