Lucy Hathaway

Lucy Hathaway is an experienced adult social worker currently employed at North Lincolnshire Council since September 2022. Prior to this role, Lucy held various positions, including Team Leader and Support Worker at Heathcotes Group from October 2018 to July 2022, and a student social worker at Doncaster Mind during a placement in June 2021. Lucy’s career began as a Mental Health Support Worker with Lifeways Group in 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Social Work from the University of Hull and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology: Clinical from London South Bank University, along with RQTU membership from the British Psychological Society.
