Victor Antipin

Victor Antipin is an experienced professional in safety, health, and environmental (HSE) management, currently serving as MP / FOPS SIMOPS at North Oil Company Qatar since 2022. Victor has been the HSSE Manager at Arkad Engineering & Construction Company since March 2020, overseeing gas pipeline construction with significant logistical responsibilities and the development of an HSSE management system. Prior roles include SIMOPS Manager and HSE Coach at GAZPROM NEFT BADRA, where responsibilities encompassed managing safety activities in live plant operations and chairing safety meetings. Victor's career began with roles in marine navigation and vessel management, leading up to numerous roles in HSE across various projects with ExxonMobil and TotalEnergies. Victor holds a postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety from Krasnodar Federal University, a master's degree in Petroleum Engineering, and a bachelor's degree in Marine Navigation Engineering.
