Debra Rosen

Debra (Ulmer) Rosen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the business sector, notably serving as the President and CEO of the Downtown Business Association of Escondido. In addition to this position, Debra holds a retired title from the North San Diego Business Chamber while also contributing as an Advisory Board Member.
