Sydney Boland currently serves as a Behavioral Therapist at North Shore Pediatric Therapy since September 2024 and is pursuing a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy at Elmhurst University. From August 2020 to September 2024, Sydney worked as a Research Assistant in the University of Michigan Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program, contributing to an NCSS systematic review focused on school climate and associated violence. Prior experience includes roles as a Program Assistant at Northern Suburban Special Recreation Association from May 2019 to September 2024, a Gymnastics Coach at The Little Gym of Glenview from August 2019 to January 2020, and a Soccer Coach at Little Legends Soccer Academy from May 2017 to October 2019. Sydney also engaged in volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity in July 2019 and at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church from June 2017 to June 2019. Sydney holds a Bachelor's degree in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience from the University of Michigan, completed between 2020 and 2024, and graduated with a High School Diploma in Biopsychology from Glenbrook South High School.
