Dr. Ratnam Chitturi

The North South Foundation founder, president, and largest donor is Ratnam Chitturi, Ph.D. He has been working full time without pay since 1997. Prior to 1997, he was Vice President of corporate credit risk management at First Chicago for 12 years, and Vice President of Energy Economics and Chase Econometrics for 8 years at Chase. He played several roles at General Motors, Gulf & Western, and ARCO from 1967-76 and was founder/ co-founder of several startups. He has been a registered investment advisor since 1997. Dr. Chitturi received Ph.D. in Operations Research from NYU, MS in Industrial Engineering and BS in Mechanical.
