Carla Crain has extensive experience in healthcare and customer service roles, currently serving as an SSA Case Assistance Navigator at North Texas Food Bank since May 2023. Previously, Carla worked as a Dietetic Technician at UT Southwestern Medical Center from July 2021 to May 2023 and as a Unit Clerk at John Peter Smith Hospital from May 2017 to July 2021. Carla also held the position of Work Management Administrator at Capital Group, where responsibilities included resource planning and scheduling for multiple business sites. Additional experience includes an internship in dietary management at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital and roles at The Capital Group, Hope 4 Kids International, and Life Investors Financial Group, Inc. Educational achievements include an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Dietetic Technician from Tarrant County College and ongoing studies at Weatherford College and Tarleton State University.
