Engineering and Operations

The Engineering and Operations team at NORTH WEST REDWATER PARTNERSHIP is responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the NWR Sturgeon Refinery. This includes planning and scheduling maintenance, optimizing process engineering, ensuring equipment reliability, and managing daily operations. The team also oversees instrumentation, facilities engineering, plant reliability, cost management, pressure equipment integrity, and turnarounds to maintain operational excellence and meet North America's low carbon standards.
