Ondela Kiva

Ondela Kiva currently serves as the Learning and Development Manager at Northam Platinum since April 2023, having held the same position at Seriti Resources from June 2021 to March 2023, and at SOUTH32 COAL SA from October 2018 to June 2021. Previous experience includes various roles in human resources at Implats from January 2004 to September 2018, culminating in the position of Group Human Resources Development Manager. Ondela Kiva possesses a robust educational background, including a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Central University of Technology obtained in December 2022, a Bachelor of Technology in Human Resources Management from the same institution, and a National Diploma in HRM from Maccauvlei. Additionally, Ondela Kiva completed Senior and Middle Management Development Programs at GIBS Business School in 2010 and 2009, respectively.
