Adrienne Lee

Adrienne Lee is an experienced Occupational Therapist currently working at NorthBay Healthcare since September 2015. In this role, Adrienne evaluates patients in ICU and acute care settings, formulates individualized treatment plans, and ensures safe discharge planning. Collaboration within an interdisciplinary team enhances patient care, while detailed documentation and education on disease processes support patient independence in activities of daily living (ADLs). Adrienne previously worked at Ensign Services from April 2016 to October 2016 and holds a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Dominican University of California (2012-2015) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biopsychology from the University of California, Davis (2006-2010).
