Bridgette Sterba

Bridgette Sterba is a dedicated recreation professional with extensive experience in various supervisory and instructional roles within the recreation field. Currently serving as a Recreation Supervisor at Northbrook Park District since November 2022, Bridgette previously held the position of Recreation Supervisor-Aquatics and Operations at the Village of Libertyville from February 2021 to November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Recreation Leader and Camp Instructor at the Park District of Oak Park, a Swim Instructor with the Town of Normal, IL, and Pool Manager at Harrer Pool in Morton Grove. Additionally, Bridgette gained valuable insights during a summer internship at the Wilmette Park District, working across multiple departments. Bridgette holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management, along with a Bachelor's degree in Science and Technology with a focus on Recreation Management, both from Illinois State University.
