Lori Schwieg

Lori Schwieg is an accomplished IT PMO Director with extensive experience in project management within healthcare settings. Currently at Northeast Georgia Health System since April 2016, Lori has held various leadership roles, including IT PMO Manager and Senior Project Manager. Prior to this, Lori spent over 15 years at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, where responsibilities included developing training strategies, conducting needs analyses, and managing capital equipment procurement. Earlier career roles ranged from Office Supervisor at Scottish Rite Children's Medical Center to Purchasing Coordinator. Lori holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, Marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
