Vidya Varma, PMP, CSM, currently serves as the IT Digital & Omni Manager at Northeast Shared Services since February 2024. Previously, Vidya held various significant roles at Amazon, including Senior Program Manager for The Drop within Amazon Fashion and Program Manager at Amazon Web Services, overseeing cross-functional teams and delivering impactful services and products. Prior to Amazon, Vidya worked as the Transformation Program Manager for Centralized Time Keeping at Amazon, driving technology initiatives affecting over 1.5 million employees globally. Other notable positions include Strategic Operations Program Manager at the NYS Office of Temporary & Disability Assistance, Senior Information Technology Program Manager at PSI International, Information Technology Program Manager at Knowledge Builders Inc., and Senior Information Technology Project Manager at Deloitte Consulting. Vidya's academic background includes a Master's degree in Physics from the University of Kerala and further education from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
