Rachel Plews

Rachel Plews, Ed.D., SFHEA, currently serves as the Director of the Center for Teaching and Scholarly Excellence at Suffolk University and is a part-time lecturer in the PhD Network at Northeastern University, where Rachel teaches an online course on evidence-based postsecondary teaching. With a strong background in higher education, Rachel has held various roles, including Associate Director of Online & Lifelong Learning at Northeastern University and Conseillère Pédagogique at HEP Vaud, focusing on educational enhancement and innovative methodologies. Educational credentials include a Doctorate in Adult Learning & Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University. Rachel's interests encompass wine and spirits, training in the hospitality industry, marketing, and technology.
