Vishal Chawla

Vishal Chawla currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Collaboration and Web Services/Applications at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, a position held since May 2010. In addition, Vishal has been an IT Director specializing in Technology Innovation and Integration at Northeastern University since September 2015, and also takes on the role of Adjunct Professor there. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Technical Team Lead/Architect at ING Institutional Plan Services and as a Principal Engineer/Technical Team Lead at Fidelity Investments. Earlier in the career, Vishal worked as a Senior Applications Developer at Newgen Software Technologies Ltd. Academically, Vishal holds a B.Tech in Computer Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University, a Master's in Information Systems from Northeastern University, and certifications in Software Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University and Project Management from Boston University. Additional studies include a degree in Management and Leadership, Strategy and Innovation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
