Amy Jukes

Amy Jukes has extensive experience in operations and administration within the energy sector. Currently serving as Service Operation Director at Northern Gas and Power since March 2015, Amy leads a team of 10 in Point of Sale operations and has also overseen a 12-member administration and customer support team. Prior to this role, Amy held positions as Senior Business Administrator at Northern Gas and Power and Senior Administrator at EC Business Solutions, where responsibilities included supporting sales teams and managing general administration tasks. Amy began a career in customer service as the Customer Care Team Manager at Utilitywise from September 2010 to June 2013.
