Sarah Greenhagen

Sarah Greenhagen currently serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor and Director of Clinical Education at Northern Illinois University, where responsibilities include teaching various physical therapy courses and overseeing clinical rotations for graduate students. As a Co-Owner of Catalyst Physiotherapy Performance & Wellness, Sarah contributes to the management of clinical services. Additionally, involvement as a Board Member for Fox Valley Older Adult Services and participation in the Kane County Healthy Places Coalition reflect a commitment to community health initiatives. Sarah has extensive experience in physical therapy, having worked as a Physical Therapy Clinical Instructor and Staff Physical Therapist, and holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Northern Illinois University. Memberships in the American Physical Therapy Association and Illinois Physical Therapy Association further demonstrate ongoing professional engagement.
