Yibo Zhang

Yibo Zhang is a seasoned mining engineer with extensive experience in various roles within the mining industry. Currently serving as a Senior Mining Engineer and Alternate UGM at Northern Star Resources Limited since April 2023, Yibo previously held senior engineering positions at 29Metals, Mining Plus, St Barbara Limited, and AMC Consultants. Early career experience includes mining engineering roles at Regis Resources Ltd and SilverLake Resources, with a focus on both open pit and underground operations. Yibo holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining and Mineral Engineering from The University of Western Australia and a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials & Manufacture Engineering from Shandong University.
