Program Management Team

The Program Management Team at Northern Virginia Family Service oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of various programs aimed at empowering individuals and strengthening the community. This team collaborates to ensure the effective delivery of services such as equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives, workforce training through the Training Futures program, and early childhood education through Early Head Start. They work to optimize program impact, support continuous improvement, and align projects with NVFS’s mission of fostering self-sufficiency and community engagement.
