Tim Erickson

Tim Erickson, CPHR, serves as the Director of Human Resources for Northland Restaurant Group at Northland Properties since June 2022. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of District Human Resources Leader for Best Buy Canada from December 2017 to June 2022 and was Human Resources Manager at Red Robin from February 2016 to December 2017, where responsibilities included employee relations, performance management, and recruitment for over 1,450 employees across multiple locations. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Human Resources Generalist at Gordon Food Service and Human Resources Coordinator at The TDL Group Corp. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Trinity Western University, earned in 2010.
