Erica Seward

Erica Seward is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry, currently serving as Senior Transaction Manager at Northmarq since August 2023. Prior to this role, Erica held the position of Senior Transaction Director at CPX from November 2021 to August 2023, and at Capital Pacific from November 1998 to November 2021, where more than 1,500 transactions valued at $20 billion were managed. Additionally, Erica acted as Principal Broker and contributed to the management and education of Transaction Directors at Capital Pacific. Erica began the career as Escrow Director at Marcus & Millichap from August 1997 to November 1998. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from the University of Washington.
