Juda Penini

Juda Penini serves as the Vice President of Debt & Equity at Northmarq since January 2023, bringing extensive experience in the finance and real estate sectors. Prior to this role, Juda was involved in multifamily construction financing at Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation from 2018 to January 2023. Juda also held the position of Director of Commercial Real Estate at Savills North America between 2016 and 2018. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Senior Investment Analyst at the Investment Company Institute from 2013 to 2014 and as a Project Manager at D & F Construction from 2009 to 2013. Juda Penini earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Urban & Environmental Planning from the University of Maryland.
