Ingo Chakravarty

Ingo Chakravarty is an experienced leader in the life sciences sector, currently serving as an Operating Partner at Northpond Ventures and a Board Member at SSI Diagnostica since May 2023. Previously, Ingo held the position of President & CEO at Mesa Biotech, which was acquired by Thermo Fisher Scientific, before continuing as President & CEO at Thermo Fisher Scientific until March 2023. Ingo has also led Navican, an Intermountain Health Company, as President & CEO from June 2016 to November 2019, and served as Senior Vice President & General Manager of International operations at GenMark Diagnostics from April 2013 to June 2016. Ingo's extensive career includes various leadership roles at Gen-Probe and Roche Diagnostics, beginning with a decade of leadership at Ventana Medical Systems. Ingo's educational background includes training at IMD and a traineeship in Cooling Engineering at Lahntechnik GmbH.
