Alicia Camella is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as the Manager of Total Rewards at Northrop Grumman since May 2017, where previous roles included Sr Principal HR Project Management, Principal HR Business Partner, and Organizational Effectiveness Consultant. Prior to this, Alicia held the position of Business Director at the Institute for Cross Cultural Management and worked as a Project Manager & Consultant at The Center for Organizational Effectiveness from August 2016 to May 2018.
